Redesigning Storyline eLearnings, and building ILT materials, including slide decks, facilitator talk tracks, and AI-generated video scripts, for a peer leadership communication program.

Freelance Instructional Designer (2021 - Present)

End-to-end instructional design for clients across healthcare, financial services, and nonprofit sectors. Clients include the National Student Clearinghouse and The Links Inc. Deliverables include scenario-based eLearning, branching simulations, animated video scripts, microlearning, and gamified learning experiences. Managed full project cycles from needs analysis through LMS deployment.

Instructional Designer — ACFCU (2023 - 2026)

Sole instructional designer for the credit union, partnering directly with the CEO, COO, and VP-level leaders on organizational development initiatives. Designed and developed eLearning, ILT, vILT, scenario-based learning, gamified experiences, animated videos, job aids, SOPs, and performance support tools. Member of the Employee Advisory Board and Employee Engagement Team.

ELA, Social Studies and Graphic Design Teacher — Digital Pioneers Academy (2022 - 2023)

Taught English, Social Studies, and Graphic Design at a computer science focused charter middle school. Designed interdisciplinary curricula blending traditional subjects with technology, applied UDL principles for equitable learning, and built multimedia lessons.
